Model endpoints

Your own provider and key, used by spoken stations, the marker, the examiner and Tether. This is the same list Binder and BlockOut use — add one anywhere and it works everywhere.

For stations, pick a fast model. A patient says one or two sentences about where it hurts; a reasoning model spends seconds deliberating first, and in a timed consultation that is pure dead air.

Anki card hints
Show which Spranki Clinical cards cover a topic when you get it wrong or open its page. Finalist never tracks your Anki progress and it never counts toward your readiness — 294 of our topics have matching cards.

Service tokens

For clients that cannot sign in through a browser — currently an Unmute container. A container reads its configuration once at startup, so it needs a credential that does not expire, unlike a normal session.

A token identifies you; it does not carry your provider key. Requests are matched to your configured model endpoint server-side, so changing your endpoint in any Syncratic app changes what the container talks to, with no edit and no restart.
